When you sign your estimate approval agreement through our project management system, you will be asked to check a box confirming you agree to receive text messages from Prime Turf about your project status and crew schedule. This is the only way your phone number is added to our messaging list. Message frequency varies based on your project timeline. Message and data rates may apply. You can reply STOP at any time to unsubscribe, or HELP for assistance. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. 4. Refund & Dispute Policy
   Refunds are not issued for completed installation work. All sales are final upon project completion and customer sign-off. Deposits are non-refundable once materials have been ordered.

   If a customer has a concern about the quality of work performed, Prime Turf Atlanta will return to the job site within 7 days of written notification to assess and resolve the issue at no additional charge.

   In the event of a billing dispute, customers must contact Prime Turf Atlanta directly at (229) 364-4522 or office@theprimeturf.com before initiating a chargeback. We are committed to resolving concerns quickly and directly without third-party intervention.

   If a chargeback is filed, Prime Turf Atlanta will respond to the dispute with full documentation including the customer-signed estimate, project contract, photographic evidence of completed work, and proof of customer approval prior to payment. We maintain detailed records for every project and will contest any chargeback that does not reflect a legitimate unresolved complaint made directly to us first. Prime Turf Atlanta reserves the right to recover all chargeback fees and associated costs in cases where the dispute is found to be unwarranted.

   All transactions are tied to a signed estimate, documented job completion, and customer approval prior to payment processing.

6. Data Security
   We implement reasonable security measures to protect your data, but no method of transmission over the internet is completely secure.
