Artificial Turf Installation in Brookhaven, GA
Brookhaven is twenty minutes from our Alpharetta office and one of the fastest changing markets inside the perimeter. It runs from historic bungalows on small shaded lots to new construction packed close together, and both share the same problem: not much yard, a lot of tree cover, and DeKalb clay that holds water. When the usable yard is small, every square foot has to work, which is exactly what turf does and grass does not.
Brookhaven Properties Deserve Better Lawns
On a compact Brookhaven lot the base is everything, because there is no room to hide a drainage problem. We grade for flow, build a three to four inch compacted base that drains instead of holding, and run a drain line where the water collects. Seams are glued on tape and pinned, the perimeter is secured every six inches, and infill is brushed in. In the shade of Historic Brookhaven and Ashford Park, where grass has not filled in for years, turf is the only thing that stays green.
Residential Turf in Brookhaven
Historic Brookhaven, Ashford Park, Brookhaven Heights, Lynwood Park, and the neighborhoods off Peachtree Road and Dresden Drive. We install small backyards, courtyards, side yards, pet turf on a permeable base with a drain line for the dog, and the shaded strips where nothing grows. On a tight lot a putting green fits where a lawn never could. Every yard is walked and priced for how you actually use it.
Commercial Turf in Brookhaven
Retail, restaurants and offices along Peachtree Road, Dresden Drive and the Town Brookhaven area. Turf holds its look in February the same as June with no mowing crew and no irrigation bill. We install storefront entries, restaurant patios, courtyards, apartment and condo common areas, rooftop and terrace turf, and daycare play surfaces built to fall height spec. Commercial estimates are free and on site.
